Origami & Haiku Workshop
For hundreds of years, Japanese people have been coexistent and deeply connected with nature. This workshop aims to introduce two traditional Japanese cultures that emerged from such foundation -- origami, an art of paper folding, and haiku, a Japanese-style poem -- using the wildlife in Escondido Creek as our inspiration.
