Women in Aviation International (WAI) is the world’s largest organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in all areas of aviation and aerospace. Our mission is to invest in the current and future global workforce, build a diverse and inclusive industry, and inspire women and girls to pursue aviation and aerospace careers. The San Diego Chapter hosts networking and outreach events and provides mentorship opportunities for women in aviation throughout the region.
Annually, we host Girls in Aviation Day, a free event designed to empower young girls through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and connections with local professionals.
